联合国维和警察授权(Mandate of UNPOL)
There are three mandate methods in total in UNPOL.
According to the principles, GA has the unique priviledge to adopt military operations. As the core of resolution, mandate has the traditional mandate, task area transformation authorization and law enforcement authority.Law enforcement authority is a way that be used in a forced environment, which just like an old Chinese saying,"Teaching a man to fish is better than giving him a fish."
